This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit the website, use the chat, write to us or hire our services, what we use it for and what rights you have. We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer; for any question, write to the email above.
Data we process
We do not ask for special categories of data (health, ethnic origin, beliefs, sexual orientation, etc.). Please do not include them in the chat or the forms.
Purposes and legal basis
We only process your data for these purposes, each with its legal basis under article 6 GDPR:

The website chat and the WhatsApp assistant are artificial intelligence systems, not people. Your messages are sent to our automation server and to an AI model provider (OpenAI and, as a fallback, Anthropic) to generate the reply. We use their professional services, which by default do not use that data to train their models. We do not make decisions that significantly affect you based solely on automated processing.
We will only send you the newsletter or other commercial communications if you have expressly agreed. Leaving your details in a form or in the chat does not subscribe you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by writing to hola@algoritmoiadigital.es.
Data retention
We keep your data only as long as each purpose requires and to meet legal obligations:

When the period ends, the data is securely deleted or anonymised.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. To provide the service we use these providers, who process data on our behalf as data processors (art. 28 GDPR):

Your rights
You can exercise these rights at any time, free of charge:
Write to hola@algoritmoiadigital.es stating which right you wish to exercise. We will only ask for additional information to identify you if we have reasonable doubts about your identity. We will reply within one month, extendable by two more months in complex cases (we would let you know within the first month).
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es · C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid.
Minors
Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly process data of children under 14. If you are under 14, please do not give us your data.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has given us their data, write to hola@algoritmoiadigital.es and we will delete it.
Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration:
Important: no system connected to the Internet is 100% secure. If you notice an incident involving your data, let us know at hola@algoritmoiadigital.es.
If a security breach posed a risk to your rights, we would notify the AEPD within 72 hours and, if the risk is high, you without delay (arts. 33 and 34 GDPR).

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not store anything in your browser to track you. Details in the Cookie Policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or service changes. The "last updated" date shows the version in force.
If a change is significant, we will announce it on the website and, if we have a relationship with you, also by email.
